We're excited to announce our 3rd annual When Founder Met Funder Program!
When Founder Met Funder brings together promising Black female founders with VCs. Black women are the fastest-growing group of entrepreneurs in the US, yet they receive less than 1% of overall venture funding. This event offers a unique opportunity for Black female founders to connect with investors and fellow founders in Silicon Valley and beyond.
Thanks to the leadership of Domonique Fines, Megan Holston-Alexander, Julia Collins, & Judene Small, we’ve successfully served 200+ founders with the help of 50+ VCs. Our program will be fully digital again and we'll be delivering access, guidance, and magic via the world wide web!
When: Thursday September 9th (Founder Networking) & Friday September 10th @ 9:30 am PT (Annual Event)
Agenda: Coming soon! Past speakers include Iman Abuzeid (CEO of Incredible Health), Pinky Cole (Owner of Slutty Vegan), Michael Siebel (Y Combinator) etc. We can’t wait to share the speakers we have in store for you this year!
We will notify successful applicants and provide more details about the program and logistics at the close of August.
Who should apply?
Black female & non-binary founders based in the U.S. with tech and tech-enabled companies.
Apply to When Founder Met Funder by August 13th!
