VC Cohorts: Principals

Principal Cohorts are tight-knit peer communities of female and non-binary investors in the US who are all navigating this critical career stage together. Principals are "rising GP's" who lead investment diligence, have board responsibilities, are allocated a few points of carry, and have paid dues in the firm.

Cohorts consist of ~10-12 other women across the US who meet as an entire group on a bi-monthly basis. While there is a structure to the meetups, the program builds in 1:1 meetings, vulnerability exercises, and curated events in between the meetups. If selected, the program cost is $299 for the year, usually covered by the firms, with scholarships if this cost poses a barrier. The cost covers a professional facilitator, admin, and social events.
